How To Return An Item

return & refund policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be sent back unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within (7days)of your purchase. Items returned after the grace period will not be accommodated. Upon receiving your products, please check immediately for any defect, so as not to be late in sending it back for replacement or refund. For any defective item:

1. Please email me at woodantigo@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Note: Please do not forget to include the receipt so that there will be no delays in refund or replacement.
We will not be accepting back opened items. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted back for exchange.

 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
